Yasemin Oruc is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Marketing & Innovation and Research Fellow City Hospitality at Hotelschool The Hague.
Jeroen Klijs is Lector (Professor) Tourism Impacts on Society at Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas). He holds a PhD in the economic impacts of tourism and focuses on assessing and enhancing the social and economic effects of tourism on destinations. His research aims to improve the experiences of visitors, residents, and businesses while promoting sustainable tourism practices. Jeroen collaborates with professionals in tourism destination management to design and evaluate interventions that contribute to a positive societal impact. He is also a member of the Lectorenplatform Duurzaam Stedelijk Toerisme, which focuses on sustainable urban tourism development.
