Iris Kerst is Program Manager of both the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab Rotterdam and the Sustainable Urban Tourism Expertise Network
Yasemin Oruc is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Marketing & Innovation and Research Fellow City Hospitality at Hotelschool The Hague. With a background in international luxury hospitality, she has worked with brands like Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Her research focuses on reinventing city tourism and the role of hospitality in sustainable urban development. Yasemin is actively involved in the Healthy Placemaking project and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of EuroCHRIE, contributing to the advancement of hospitality and tourism education in Europe.
