Last month Annemarie van Klaveren and Iris Kerst were in Split, Croatia! They were invited by Ante Mandic and Lidija Petric from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism of the University of Split. They gave three presentations / workshops with a focus on the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab methods of Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
1. One for the tourism students of the faculty. They introduced the design thinking method they are using in the living labs of Inholland University of Applied Sciences. The students designed tourism experiences for each other.
2. The second workshop was given to the stakeholders of the Split Living Lab, part of the SmartCultour living lab. Here they also introduced the design think method.
3. And last but not least Annemarie and Iris had the chance to tell more about Urban Leisure & Toursim Lab Rotterdam to the mayor of Split! What an honour.
Iris and Annemarie enjoyed these days and looking forward to continue their collaboration with the University of Split!
